Many students and people with side jobs who lost their jobs in the Corona crisis have found new jobs again. In mid-April 2020, there were many job seekers and many people switched jobs, mostly forced by the Corona crisis. By mid-May, the percentage looking for another job dropped considerably. After 10 weeks a new job

We are now about 10 weeks into the crisis. Among the job seekers were from the beginning of the crisis many students, people with side jobs and young people under 30, most of whom found a new job after 10 weeks. Some stayed in their old jobs and worked back to the old number hours from before the crisis. In the job posting and afterwards in the interview, mention what the merits are and tell within which competencies the employee can gain experience within the company. This works to motivate young people.
There is not much difference between boys and girls in choosing a side job. However, we do in boys more often against being put to work by their parents. It also occurs that they want to work because their friends also have a part-time job. Among girls, we see more that they choose the side job because they really enjoy doing the work.
